This is a one person business, owned and operated by a single artist. Every item is made with passion, care, and my dedication to the craft. Ultimately, your satisfaction with the items I make is of paramount importance.

 

Print Sales

All my images are available as prints, and whether silver, platinum-palladium, polymer photogravure or inkjet, they’re all individually hand-printed by me in the studio. The silver and platinum-palladium prints are made in a traditional darkroom using fibre-based papers and processed to archival standards, and the polymer photogravures are printed using the finest papers and inks.

 

Shipping & Handling

Items in stock are usually shipped the same, or next, business day. If an order needs to be cancelled then please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to cancel an order but because I aim to ship orders promptly, cancellation may not always be possible.

For custom made items or those made to order, including some prints, please allow 5-7 days (often sooner) to prepare the items before shipping.

 

Domestic and Worldwide Shipping

All domestic orders ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking. International orders will be shipped either by USPS Priority Mail International, USPS First Class International or FedEx (all with tracking) at my discretion.

Taxes and duties: For shipments outside of the United States, customers are responsible for payment of any applicable import duties, customs fees and/or other duties, fees, taxes and charges.

 

Returns and Exchanges

I strive to make goods of the highest quality. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided the item is returned within 7 days of you receiving the order. Made to order cases and items personalised are non-returnable or refundable. Return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted from customers within the United States. All sales outside the United States are final, except in the case of defects.

Items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the same state they were sent in — undamaged and in resale condition. Returns that are damaged, including damage in transit, or altered may not be accepted.
