Shipping and Refund Policies
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, or I'm travelling, shipments may be delayed by a few days. It's only me here! If there will be a delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. I use either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. If you have a preference for shipping (Overnight*, 2-Day, 3-Day etc.) then please let me know so I can recalculate the shipping charge.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The customer is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to an order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Ultimately I want you to be happy with your order. Prints, books and ready made portfolio cases* can be returned for a full refund, less any shipping charges. All I ask is that you email me to confirm the return and that the item(s) be returned in the condition they were sent in within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order.
* Aquatint screens and made to order portfolio cases are non-returnable.
